Josh helped the reviewer buy this property

Very knowledgeable and looks out for your interests

He was helpful in knowing which options were worth pursuing and what would be the best fit for me. He was good at negotiating and getting our point across to the seller. Took the time to answer any question I had throughout the entire process and made it a breeze.
