Josephine is not only a great communicator, but one of the hardest workers I have ever ,met. She is one of those people who has an Iron fist covered with a velvet glove. What I mean by that is that she is a strong woman who doesn't take crap from folks but is also so nice and polite and charming that people want to help her.
