I have used Josephine Rossi at least 5 times in selling properties. I have a small rental business and she has sold my properties with ease. She always gives me great advice as to things that might give me the best sales price, staging, or anything that will help with the sale. She has many opens and knows her business! I will be using her, as usual, if I have any properties to sell in the future. I am sure she is great in the finding properties as well. I do my own acquisitions so have not used her in this area in the past. She is always pleasant to talk with, punctual, professional and cares about doing a great job for you. I highly recommend her.
