Josephine represented me in selling my home. She couldn't have been better! She was organized and methodical; she was *very* responsive, staying in constant contact; she answered questions well; and she was professional, courteous, and friendly. But she went far beyond that, helping me find and manage contractors to take care of furniture removal, carpentry, and electrical work.
