I’m so thankful that I was put into contact with Josephine. I was preapproved for a mortgage but did not have an agent yet and did not have any idea what the housing market was like or exactly what went into buying a home. All I knew was the area that I wanted to live in And a basic idea of The home that I was searching for. when I contacted Josie by text message and asked her if she would be willing to be my agent she said absolutely. And actually the next day we started looking at properties. She was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile when it came to showing me any property that I wanted to see. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them to make this process as seamless as it could be. Josie ended up putting in Three offers for me that ended up not being accepted. Not because of Josie, but because of the market. I got very discouraged. Josie told me she understood, but she kept assuring me that no matter how many offers we put in there’s going to be a home for me that I Love and I will get it, and I will be glad that those other offers weren’t accepted. We started looking at houses in early August. On September 23 Josie and I went and looked at a home that I absolutely loved. She put the offer in for me and it was accepted. I was extremely excited but did not know what the process was after that either. Josie put me in touch with her home inspector who was able to come inspect the home the same day. And I was able to close on the house October 17 eight days earlier than expected. Also, I was preapproved through my credit union when I started the process. She referred me to a mortgage lender who I ended up going with over my credit union. Josie has not only been my real estate agent, but she has been my biggest cheerleader, highly motivating, and The energy she gives off is just amazing and contagious. It’s really hard to be in a bad mood around her. The day that we sat down at the closing table was one of the best days of my life!
