I needed to sell my family home quickly to help with their care. I felt overwhelmed with the process on getting the home ready and moving them out. Immediately once I talked to Josie she gave me great ideas on selling the home quickly and more importantly took care of everything from getting me in contact with someone to do the home estate sale, cleaning out the home and getting someone to do the minor repairs that need to be done, staged the home leaving it looking beautiful !!She gave me an instead relief and happiness.
