Awesome! and Wow! are the two words I'd use to describe Josephine and her abilities to get our house sold. The house had previously been listed by another agent without it being sold, but Josephine came in, knew the market, presented a good marketing plan and within two weeks she had lots of interest and 3 contracts. The first fell through at the inspection as it was an older home with some age, but she worked the next contract to closing without missing a beat. She also worked well with the local contractors and third party people since we had already moved out of state.
