Joe was hard working, highly available and very flexible. We looked at a lot of properties in a short period of time. He went above and beyond in helping me get a great deal on my home. I was getting the details of properties confused but he was able to keep good notes better than me even when serving other clients. He also explained and offered me a lot of options and referrals for all the necessary services although I chose to waive inspections and such because of my own knowledge. I'm glad Joe was so available because the good deals were going fast but in the end I got one of those good deals with Joe's cooperation.
