He is a very prompt and helpful communicator, which gave us confidence that our sale was being given the attention we wanted. It's hard to say too much good about Joe. Extremely responsive! I began my house hunt in early 2018 and the house market was insane. Homes would come on the market and with in one day tons of offers. Joe kept his eye on every home in my budget and keep me updated on the best deals coming on to the market. One of the things I admired most about Joe was his willingness to look at homes on any day and anytime. I have a very busy job and the only times I had to look at homes was at night or on the weekends and Joe was always there for me!
