Joseph helped the reviewer buy this property

Great experience, buying new home.

Joe was a huge help,he was very knowledgeable about homes in the area.I especially appreciate his knowledge about septic systems, as I'm coming from city with sewer system. Very patient, showing me lots of houses in different areas, until I found the perfect one.Easy to communicate with ,flexible with my schedule. I would highly recommend him.
