Joe went above and beyond in every way to find me this home. We didn’t get an initial property in this community and stumbled across a gem that’d been sitting here for nearly 4 months. Due to it being owned by an investment firm it took 4-5 different calls just to get permission to tour the property. Joe was persistent and diligent in his approach making sure I got into the home I really wanted even if the hurdles were far more than the average listing. In addition to his great service he was always prompt to respond with all answers to my questions and I tend to turn every stone potentially more than most so I’m very grateful he took the time and bottom line, he cares and it shows. Joe is the best out there in Vegas. Always available to answer questions when I needed him. He was always ahead of the game on moving the process forward. The knight Team was fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy of sell a home.

Joe was responsive to my needs, in that he knew the market well and kept in close contact with me from the time the house was listed until it sold. In our initial meeting we talked about the decline in prices in my area from June, 2022 and October, 2022. He also texted or called regularly with updates, since I would be living in another state. He was able to sell my house in a record a mount of time (listing in October and closing in December), in spite of the rapid change in interest rates and housing prices.

I quickly signed all documents and within 2 weeks, got an offer during this challenging times (softening due to inflation and higher interest rates).
