Joseph Tanos was always available whenever we needed to see or talk to him. He was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process of selling our home and followed up with us and the buyers' agent whenever warranted. He worked diligently with the buyers' realtor to help us address additional closing cost issues due to the rent back situation we had. He went the extra mile to relieve us of some burdens as we were trying to close our escrow on time.
