We used Joe to sell our home and I have to say that we have never had a realtor know the market as well as Joe. When we listed our home, he convinced us to list almost 15% higher than we felt comfortable with. He didn't play games with our investment by listing at a low number with the intent of shoving dozens of people through the door. Joe believes you list for what the home is worth and you show the home to qualified people. In addition, Joe was very responsive and approachable, no matter what crazy question I had or what crazy time I was texting him, Joe took the time to answer our questions.
