Joseph gave us an amazing experience in buying our home. We moved across the country and did not know the area at all. He really listened and understood what we were looking for and guided us through neighborhoods giving us excellent insight into the character and "feel" of each area. He helped us find a neighborhood that fit us perfectly and a house that matched our list. He even helped us with the vision to the minor fixes/changes the house needed to make it our dream home. He was on the ball with everything, helpful with any questions we had, and most of all, so easy to work with and fun to be around! It is not easy to make the house hunting and buying process enjoyable, but he did.
