Our house was on the market three different times before Joe came along. Joe took the time to explain to us the process of selling the house unlike other realtors in the past. Joe made sure that we were financially ready to sell our house so when it was time to buy a new house we would be able to do so. Joe would go out of his way on a daily basis to make sure that everything was going smoothly as the closing date became near.
