I have purchased homes before with different agents but never ever had an agent like Joe before. Joe went above and beyond what an agent would do. He helped us find different contractors to fix the things that We wanted to fix So on a scale of one to ten I give him 15.
We were in the market for a while. We didn't find anything we liked so we put a halt on buying a home for a while. Joe learned our preferences and kept us in mind. Joe sent us homes that he thought fit our needs. We appreciated that. When we decided to get into a home, every weekend Joe went over the list of homes with us and then took us to see them. Let's just say that I was about to give up a few times and settle for something I didn't really want, but Joe kept reassuring us that our home exists and we can't settle. Joe is an excellent at customer service and helped us get into the house we wanted, and was honest and fought hard to get us the deal we wanted.
