I recently parted ways with my first home. A corner unit on Galt Ocean Mile, which was home for me when I was single, when I got married it became my home with my wife, and then we welcomed our first born home. I never planned on selling the unit, but push came to shove and I finally dealt with the reality of letting it go and listing it. Joseph and Marge, the DREAM TEAM, handled this process for me with absolutely no headache or hiccup whatsoever. We set a record or the highest sale price for a one bedroom in the building, and I believe Galt Ocean Mile as a whole. I CAN NOT SAY IT ENOUGH- THEY WERE THE BEST! Joe was wonderful with us about this sale, it took alot of his time, as he went to the house to check it out. The person that we let live there finally moved out and did not clean it up. Joe went out of his way to help get the house ready. Dealt with inspectors and such and kept us in the loop constantly. It took almost three years, but he worked hard .There was a lot of phone calls, computer time and sending paper work that we need to see. He even had his lawn man mow the grass for us. We had the house on the market to sell as is, During this time there were borrowing owls on the property and he researched that too and kept us informed. This property was also an HOA, they were not very helpful. I would recommend Joe to anyone in the area trying to buy or sell a house.
