I have bought and sold many houses over the years. I have never, ever had a realtor of the caliber of Lance Sheridan. He went so far over and above his duties I felt like he was family. I cannot say enough about how Lance helped us. We are from Naples and he coordinated our searches and came up with new and revised plans at a moments notice to assist us in the search. Once we found our home, Lance was there at the home to assist with all the inspections. He was always available to us and I felt like something was missing in my day if I didn't talk with Lance at least once! I asked him if we were just that special or if he treated all his clients like he did us - he had the perfect answer!
