Joseph Schaffer was the most amazing person to deal with when it came to taking care of us in every possible way. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was accessible and there was never a time where more than two minuets even went by without a rerun call. He is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a true delight to deal with. He went the extra mile TO ENSURE EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS WOULD BE JUST PERFECT. Joseph even went back to the house with me and helped remove the mezuzah from the door.
