I would highly recommend Joe. He’s dedicated to his job and will work hard to make you happy. He helped me find the right home for me and was available to answer my questions day and night. I looked at so many houses before I bought mine. Joe was always patient and willing to take the time to contact sellers, negotiate offers, and show me properties. He was recommended to me by my sister who also had Joe as her agent when she bought her house a few years back. If you are buying or selling a house I would not hesitate to contact Joe.
