We found joe when he rented us an apartment on the island, and decided to use him to help us purchase our First home. He was a DELIGHT to work with, incredibly easy to communicate with, and was always perfectly happy to answer any and all questions, no matter how ridiculous :) He was incredibly efficient as well. He was extremely knowledgeable on areas of Long Island and was happy to help guide us to our perfect home. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Joe if you are looking to purchase a home!
