Joe was incredibly helpful in managing the sale of my mother’s house. I live across the country and my mother was unable to actively manage the sale of her home after she moved to assisted living. Add in the extra stressor of a house with a failed septic system and some floors that needed work, and I was thinking I would need to make multiple trips home to get this done. But Joe was able to help me move through the experience, providing me with good references for contractors, and gave me sound advice all along the way. In the end I felt calmed by his involvement and touched by the way he so kindly handled the interactions with my mom, given that I wasn’t there. I cannot recommend him enough.
