He will go far out of his way to make sure you as a buyer 1. Get a house you are happy to live in, 2. Get all paperwork done right away and 3. Fight for you to make sure you’re not hung out to dry by the seller. He is extremely easy to work with and helpful every step of the way. A true professional.

We had a great experience working with Joseph (Snipe.) Our family had an unexpected military move to Mountain home and we had only about a month to find, offer and close on a home. We had lots of texts, emails and video chats with him about what we wanted and we started looking at houses right away.
