Excellent, knowledgeable, very friendly

Joe is very passionate and hard working. He was able to sell our home quickly and at the price we requested. He was knowledgeable about comps in the area and arrived prepared. If you're looking for a relator to work hard and give your transaction the appropriate attention it deserves then Joe is your guy. I would recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling. I would rate the experience from beginning to completion a 10/10.

Joe Ross is hands down the easiest realtor to work with. As soon as you send him an address you want to look at, he gets the sellers disclosure to you immediately so you can see what’s going on with the house now. I was a first time buyer and I had no clue what I was doing and he made the process so incredibly easy. Whether I didn’t know what to look for in the house or how to go about getting in contact with a mortgage lender he answered it so fast. If Joe didn’t know the answer he would find out for me.
