I interviewed 5 Realtors to represent me in selling our home. Joe was the most thorough. I think that comes with 30 years of experience. He listed and sold our home. I have concluded he was very fair to both the buyer and seller. I don't think that is the easiest task. Very satisfied with Joe. Just remember he is no ordinary Joe.
