Joe is the right guy to sell your house. He walked us through the entire process and explained everything better than I have ever experienced. I have bought and sold multiple houses. I had what I thought was a great experience each time. Joe has a detailed approach that breaks down each of the steps required when selling your house. I learned much more about what is checked for during the inspections and why, cleaning methods and timing to ensure that the house is in tip top condition when showings happen. There were a few items when the inspection came back that the buyer wanted to have fixed. Joe worked with the buyers agent to agree upon precisely how the fixes could be done and then protected us as a seller from risks that are possible through the process.
