As blind match through Redfin, while frantically looking for a new home, We were fortunate to be paired with Joseph . We found him to be extremely responsive and proactive in providing us many options to choose from. We were not looking to purchase a home, rather forced into it due to landlord’s urgency to move into the house we had been renting for 11 years. We didn’t have specific area or price range, just an urgent deadline of six weeks and he met the challenge in a tenuously limited market. Even for viewings that he wasn’t able to attend, he sent another agent who was also kind and professional.. When finally under contract and our international seller unreliably mailed documents instead of having them couriered, Joseph was in our corner to see to it we weren’t charged a second signing fee.

We got pre qualified, all the houses lined out to show, Flew into town, looked at 7 or 8 houses, new what we were looking for! Put in a bid on the last house, accepted and under contract, all within a couple days and back on the plane. A tremendous amount of competition at each house, it had to qualify for short term and be a quality rental, with a pool and in budget. Huge success story. Job well done by very good relator.
