Joe P is the best
We interviewed one other prospective realtor to handle the sale of our waterfront home, someone from a very prestigious office, and we intended to interview a total of 3. Joe was number 2, but we didn’t need to interview a third. His comps were much more accurate than the first realtor’s and his plan for marketing was much more extensive. His suggestion for the price we should ask was 30 percent higher, so went with him and got 97 percent of asking price within 2 weeks. We felt Joe really “got” our house and was highly enthusiastic in his marketing. He also helped us with referrals for cleaning, junk removal and other outside professionals to spiff up the house, including a drone photographer.
