Joe sure went out of his way to accommodate my situation of selling a house from 500 miles away. He respected my opinion even if it didn't line up with his recommendations. Even after the house sold, he still took the time to FaceTime with me to show me what had been left behind after the haulers had finished, then took the items to his house so I could get them weeks later when I was able to drive up to the area. (There were my uncle's military uniforms and a box of letters from World War II, that I hadn't found when I was cleaning out the house.) Joe and Lindy were aggressive enough to get good offers on the house, yet respectful of me as the seller, never pressuring me. This was the best real estate experience (out of quite a few over the years) that I've ever had.
