Joe was wonderful to work with! We had to make settlement for the sale of our property and purchase of our new home on the same day. Joe made it work with very little stress. Joe is honest. He gets to know you and your style, your wants and needs. He did not attempt to show us anything out of our price range. I would highly recommend Joe Nester in a heartbeat. I plan to stay in our new home forever, but if I ever had to move again, I would give Joe a call!
