This is the 3rd home that Mr. Moncada has helped us with…in February, 2025…we closed on my primary home after being on the market 26 days and a week later, he assisted us with buying our new home. Mr. Moncada provided excellent service in the sale of our home. He is very knowledgeable of the market, communicated very well with each step of the way. He provided pointers on how to get our house ready for the market, which was very beneficial. He was always timely with all appointments.
