Joe goes above what is required to provide service to his customer that I have not experienced with any other Agent. He is willing to do the work that others do not do, like hand delivering paper work that "just has to be somewhere that day" even when it is not his responsibility. Joe even cleared an apartment of left behind furniture and hand delivered it to an elderly couple who saw him removing it. He informs himself and his client about any HOA or Condo requirements they need to be aware of. Joe knows how to do his job and he does it well.

I cannot day enough positive comments about Joe. I met Joe a year ago when I considered buying a condo, but was not quite ready. A year later I contacted Joe, and he helped me with my search, even counseling me against an offer on a condo that didn’t meet my needs. When I finally found a beautiful, completely updated condo with the open floor plan I wanted, he assisted me through the entire process until closing last week. Simply, fantastic and went above and beyond than any realtor I’ve had experience with more than 6 home sale purchases with over the years. He followed up right to the day before closing finding an $1100 error in my favor. I highly recommend him!!!!!
