Joe was without a doubt the most responsive agent I have ever worked with, and I, too, am a Realtor (licensed out of state). Joe has an excellent knowledge of the local market which is exactly what I needed. Moreover, Joe has many local contacts to assist with the purchase and setting up a home. Joe is also willing to go that extra step to help out with task beyond his responsibilities such as video walkthroughs, which was so helpful when you live out of state!
