I only heard from him when he has open house. No real appointments 1 or 2. I hired him to keep me informed last few days before closing he had me running to schedule a smoke certification. Got a lecture from fire department about last minute calling. I had a clean up group coming in to clea . They did awful left a mess. He did not ask me what occurred he just said $1500.00 off our the buyer walks. No interest in negotiating on my behalf at all.
