A RARITY: Intelligence, sincerity and client-centeredness all in 1 agent

We've owned and sold houses both here in the US and Europe - hence we're experienced. Joe embodies the qualities noted in the headline along with maybe 2 agents in the EU - the rest we've left on the wayside - more than 2 dozen overall, over the years. Client-centeredness is a primary quality in this business, lesser agents being profit-centered. Joe is 5 stars.
