He was thorough and comprehensive as we were planning the sale of my house and then when the buyers realtor started doing shady things, he knew exactly how to shut that down. After I had moved off the property to make way for the new owners and was living an hour and a half away, he offered to repeatedly drive to the property to address random complaints from the buyers. He will be my go to realtor for all purchases and sales moving forward.

I couldn't have found a better realty agent. I lucked into finding him, by clicking on a zillow listing, a foreclosure in Redford. That house was not inhabitable, but I asked him to go ahead and list my Clarkston home. It was a very modest home on a lake, surrounded by a ton of expensive homes. We turned down a few low bids, then we got an acceptable one. But before I signed an agreement to sell, Joseph leveraged that bid into a higher one.
