He did his job which I paid a shit load of money. The market at that location dropped like a dinosaur turd. On the next deal, Joe will be my realtor.. people think that they get a realtor, the realtor will wave the magic wand and presto, you made money.. or it's the realtors fault if the deal went south.. BS... This was a flip deal. it did not turn out.. The one before, I doubled up and Joe kicked ass. I referred one to Joe, I bought from Joe, and did 2 flip deals with Joe. So guess who's going to be my realtor for my next deal?? My Grand Daddy said "Dance with who brung you" and Joe Karish, Remax Marketing is on me and my wife's dance card!! THANKS JOE !! Looking forward to our next deal real soon..
