We worked with Joe to buy our first home and feel so lucky to have found him. He was incredibly responsive and proactive in helping us navigate the process. Joe offered a wealth of knowledge from his many years of experience and responded thoughtfully to our many questions, always taking a measured approach to every situation that arose. We can't recommend Joe highly enough!!
I have had the pleasure of working with Joe for many years. He and his staff are extremely dedicated, professional, and caring. He made the process of selling my home less stressful with his advise, knowledge, and expertise. Moreover, he was instrumental in helping my daughters and I find a new home to start the next chapter in our lives. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
We were referred to Joe Houlihan to sell a Bronxville, NY home that was part of a complicated estate. Since we were out of state sellers, we needed someone like Joe to monitor the property until it could go on the market. Joe was very patient and extremely attentive in keeping us informed. He did a thorough market analysis and we had several offers and a contract within a week of listing. We highly recommend Joe of Houlihan & O'Malley.
Joe walked us through all the stages of the purchase, displaying great patience as we were overwhelmed with the nuances of buying a house and moving to the suburbs. He advised us when to push in the negotiation and when to give in, and it was the smoothest transaction we could hope for. He was also a great resource with all the peripheral services a new homeowner needs. Would recommend Joe to anyone moving to southern Westchester area.
Joseph has 11 properties for sale and sold 12 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
