Superb experience - best we've ever had.

We've had Joseph to guide us through a purchase and a few years later a sale of a house and both times it was a great experience and certainly a pleasure! Not only he has the deep knowledge of the market and the feel for the properties, his personality is something to be amazed of. Top notch professionalism and personal skills make Joseph truly one of a kind. This is the first time we had met a real estate agent that made the purchase and a sale of a house extremely easy. Not only he had provided us with a superb guidance in understanding the pros and cons of each property while buying a house, he was very honest and advised against some properties even if it meant he wouldn't do a sale. We completely relied on his opinion and advices and purchased a perfect home. Later when we needed to sell the house, he took care not only of the sale, but even helped us to prepare the house for the sale and helped us remotely conduct the sale. And since we were away, we trusted him with the property and our money! In the end, everything turned out wonderful - the house was sold and the sale was properly finalized.
