First time home-buyer! My condo purchase in Rosemont was not easy to pull off with all the competition and limited properties available! Phenomenal service and an overall standup guy with a great financial/legal team so every angle is covered. Joey is attentive, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. My first-time home buying experience could not have been more streamlined and Joey put out every fire, even when there was the smallest hiccup. My 2am freak-out texts never went unanswered. Aside from candor and professionalism, it all comes down to getting a good deal in the end and nothing was going to stop Joey from getting those keys in my hand! So happy. Thanks, again!
