We selected Joseph Garcia to represent the sale of our condominium because he did such an excellent job in assisting our daughter when she was in the process of purchasing her first home. Her transaction was seamless and in a tough buyer’s market, it was a welcome surprise. When Joseph took on the assignment of selling our condominium, he proceeded with confidence and assurance that we appreciated since our condominium was somewhat of a tough sell during the winter holidays. Built in 1970, it does not have a garage or washer/dryer. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom, located upstairs and next to a very busy street. Even though Joseph lives out of area, he still well represented the unit with excellent photographs, virtual tours, and broad advertising. He had very good communication with the local agents representing prospective buyers. During the entire time our unit was on the market and under contract, he kept us up to date with texts and phone calls to let us know the process and what he was doing to overcome any obstacles. The condominium sold and closed pretty quick on a VA loan. We appreciate Joseph’s expertise, extremely pleasant personality, and professionalism!
