Joe is very impressive.

Happenstance put Joe and I together. I was starting my search for a winter home in Sun City and found a nice little home on-line on Joe's website. He phoned me back that day and a month later we have our beautiful little home in Sun City. Joe did all the leg work down here, helped me find a finance guy, and took care of coordinating inspections, trades poeple etc....all while I was back home. The first time I met Joe face to face was the day he handed me the keys. I put my trust in Joe and he delivered. Thank you Joe!!!
