A co-worker referred me to Joseph Edwards when it came time to sell my Devon Aire townhouse. Joseph did his due diligence and found all of the comparable places nearby and set a perfect listing price on the home. We listed it a bit higher than the comparable properties because ours is on a lake and has been remodeled. His MLS listing attracted a good amount of attention! We showed the townhouse to roughly 20 interested parties, received 8 offers, and chose the best one for us. We have not closed yet, but if it goes as smoothly as everything else so far, I don't see there being an issue. Joseph is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and punctual. I highly recommend him.
