Joe excelled in all four areas rated. His research about our neighborhood set Dad’s home at a fair price to sell and then to negotiate, and also convinced Dad himself that the price was reasonable. He thoroughly knew the process to make the sale go smoothly, and called Dad to alert him to any changes in the process or what Dad needed. Joe’s responsiveness to Dad’s and our needs (I live in Virginia) was always immediate; he set meetings and requirements around my visits, as well as Dad’s. When Dad had a question, Joe was always there to provide an answer, and with explanatory background information, too. Joe was enthusiastic, courteous, and kind. He guided Dad gently through the sale of his beloved home of 65 years that might otherwise have been a traumatic experience.
