Was able to get way above market value the day it went up for sale. Second time working with Joseph and each time he has far exceeded my expectations

As a first-time homebuyer, I came into this experience quite apprehensively. Luckily, I chose to work with Joseph Felts as my real estate agent. From the very beginning he was there to answer all of my questions and calm any worries that I was having about buying a new home. He was very knowledgeable about the current market, which turned out to be the craziest it's been in a long time. I am forever grateful for his professionalism and consistent communication. Joseph helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a new home, and made it look easy. If you are looking for a real estate agent you can trust, look no further!
