Going into our first home purchase, we were understandably nervous and uninformed in many areas. From the first house we looked at, Joe was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very reassuring. Not only does he show you homes, he can walk through a home and can tell what’s wrong and what will need to be fixed before any home inspection. I’m going to miss talking to him just about everyday!
