As a first-time buyer I did not know what I did not know. I was referred to Joe via Rocket Mortgage as he is one of their top agent partners. He was very patient while answering my questions (I learned a LOT from him!), was quick to respond to my requests to view homes and was a terrific advocate for my interests during a time when houses in FL are selling in a matter of days. Joe’s long-time experience in this area helped me pinpoint where to look and which vendors to use (inspectors, painters, etc). Joe is a great resource - and a really great guy. You can’t go wrong with Joe!

He is very patient and funny and listened to what we wanted in a home. He probably took us to see more than 50 houses over two winter seasons. He provided valuable insight into the communities he took me to. We finally bought a house in a beautiful community. There were 7 offers on the house the first day, but the agent representing the seller told me that she let us have the deal, in part because she liked Joe and felt that he was representing good people who would not present a problem. He has made excellent recommendations for a contractor who is also responsive to our needs and his subcontractors come every day and are doing a good job. So, in short, Joe helped to guide us through the home search educating us along the way and steering us in a good direction.

Joe is a great guy. Very nice and accommodating. We told him what we were looking for and he selected houses that fit the bill. Offered honest feedback and advice when asked. In the end, we found a great house that checked off all the boxes.
