We interviewed three different agents to sell our house. Joe came in the most prepared of any of them. He had obviously done his research prior to our meeting. After having a professional photographer takes pictures he let us decide which pictures to post. Within an hour of the pictures being posted Joe started receiving calls for the open house. He set up the appointments all on the same day. He had approximately 25 appointments by the third day of the pictures being posted. On the day of the open house he worked diligently with all of the prospective buyers pointing out all the unique features of our house to them. Within an hour of the open house completions we had received one offer. Within 24 hours of the open house we received 6 different offers and several of them were for well over the asking price. This is a testament to Joe's skill as a real estate agent and his expertise in the field. Our house sold two days after the open house for 20,000 above asking price.
