I chose Joseph Crawford as my real estate agent not only because he had been my agent in 1994 when I purchased the apartment with my partner, but also because I had come to know him somewhat and was aware of his reputation for knowledgeable and fair dealing. At our initial meeting, Joseph went over my list of what I thought should be done to make the apartment more saleable. He made several deletions, which save me a lot of time and money, and made suggestions for other changes I had not thought of. I then went to work, and, at our second meeting, Joseph and I quickly agreed on an asking price. Even in a soft market, the apartment sold as quickly as I had wanted, and we closed in a timely manner. All the last-minute hiccups, and there were quite a few, were handled by Joseph quickly and efficiently. I was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of time and care he devoted to getting the sale across the finish line. I would recommend Joeph Crawford whole heartedly and without reservation.
