I only do reviews when working with exceptional people and businesses. This is why I am doing this review to tell all that Joe Costenino was a pleasure to work with and very professional and caring at the same time. I realize that it is to his benefit to sell a home, but he has a great business that made everything go effortless on the seller's part. He's proactive and knowledgeable, and wouldn't back down till the job was done. He is persistent in a good way, all the tools that he used to sell our home were updated and on point. You'll get a text when there is a showing and emails and contact when needed. There are no negative comments that we can think of to mention
